The Early Start

You'll never be more rested or less overwhelmed than you are right now. The questions you'll have at 2am are the same ones you can ask me today — so your first latch isn't also your first lesson.

    • A full health history — yours, your pregnancy, anything relevant to feeding — so we're building your plan on facts, not guesswork

    • A clinical assessment prenatal classes skip entirely: breast and nipple anatomy, anything that could affect latch or supply, checked the way an RN checks it, not just a lactation consultant

    • What that assessment tells us — and how we use it to build a feeding plan that's proactive, not reactive, based on what's actually true about your body and your baby's needs

    • Hands-on basics: positioning, what a deep latch actually looks and feels like, what the first feeds really involve

    • Product prep specific to you — flange fitting if you're planning to pump, plus what actually makes sense for your plan, not a generic registry list

    • What to expect in the first few weeks, so nothing catches you off guard

    • Right now, you have time to ask questions and actually think about the answers — that won't be true at 3am with a newborn on your chest

    • We'll already know each other. If something comes up in the first days, you're not explaining your whole story to someone new

    • This isn't about assuming something will go wrong. It's about walking in prepared either way

The Residency

The most time you'll get with me — from before birth, if you're ready, through the fourth trimester. Whatever changes along the way, you're not explaining your whole story to someone new each time. I already know it.

You may be eligible for insurance to cover a significant portion of this package — I'll check your specific coverage with you before you book.

    • 4 In-Home visits across the postpartum window

    • A free virtual prenatal visit, if you book while pregnant

    • 3 months of continuous access

    • The full arc: early feeding establishment, the adjustments that come around two to three weeks, weight and growth checks, oral function, your own physical recovery

    • Whatever comes up in between — not just what was true at the first visit

    • Optional virtual prenatal visit, if booked pregnant: what to expect, what to have ready, questions answered before baby arrives

    • Visit 1: full in-home assessment shortly after birth

    • Visits 2–4: spaced across the postpartum window, timed to your baby's growth and your own recovery

  • 3 Months of Access

    • If booked while pregnant, access starts at the prenatal visit and runs through three months postpartum — the longest window of any package

    • Next-day guaranteed response if something changes

  • Private-pay is always available. Insurance-covered depends on your specific coverage — confirmed before booking.

    $1,300 total, due at booking

    • Two-installment option available, second payment due within 30 days

    • Nonrefundable; unused visits carry no cash value

    $500 Concierge Fee

    • Clinical visits billed to insurance; this fee covers your three months of access and holds your visits
