Helping families create calmer, easier, more connected feeding experiences.

Hi, I'm Britt.

I'm a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Infant Feeding Specialist.

For more than 15 years, I've cared for mothers and babies through some of life's most meaningful moments — from pregnancy and birth, through the NICU, and into the newborn period and beyond. My care isn't limited to breastfeeding — I support families through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and every combination in between, the everyday newborn care that goes with it, and postpartum support for you as the parent, too.

Along the way, I built additional specialized training in oral motor function, tongue and lip ties, and infant body tension — the pieces that are so often missed when a feeding challenge doesn't resolve with the usual advice. I also offer gentle infant bodywork to help release tension and support the movement patterns feeding depends on, because how a baby holds their body and moves can make feeding easier or harder. My goal is to help both you and your baby stay on track — physically, emotionally, and developmentally — through every milestone of that first year.

Those years taught me something I'll never forget.

Behind every feeding challenge is a family doing their very best.

Parents aren't looking for perfection.

They're looking for answers.

They're looking for reassurance.

They're looking for someone who will truly listen.

That's the kind of care I strive to provide every single day.

My Philosophy

I don't just care for how your baby feeds. I care for the parent doing the feeding, the baby learning to feed, and the family you're becoming together.

I believe feeding deserves more than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice.

It deserves curiosity.

It deserves thoughtful assessment.

It deserves individualized care.

Most importantly, it deserves someone willing to slow down and understand the complete picture.

Because feeding is never just about feeding.

It's about your baby's comfort.

Your confidence.

Your recovery.

Your questions.

Your family's goals.

And the relationship you're building together.

When we understand all of those pieces, meaningful change becomes possible
